How much does it cost?

Depends on scope. Most work starts with a paid working session, then (if useful) a short sprint or a monthly fractional retainer. I’ll quote after the intro call.

How long do engagements typically run?

Usually 2–6 weeks for a focused sprint. Coaching can be ongoing (monthly). Fractional leadership is often a 1–3 month block.
